I did the 30 day no added sugar challenge and it was amazing. Haley is so attentive to your concerns about substitutes and she makes you feel like even though you aren’t eating added sugars, there are so many other options to satisfy a sweet tooth. Her challenge has taught me that reading the labels of my food is so important…for example: there is sugar in EVERYTHING. Haley made sure I knew how to read the labels and choose a product that is an equally delicious substitute. She preaches a healthy lifestyle through science-backed education and one that does NOT require you to be inconvenienced. Her RDRX recipes are amazing and so simple. Haley is AMAZING!!! She helped me turn my health, life and nutrition around after being told by doctors that medication would be the only way to treat my high blood pressure, sleep apnea, and pre diabetes among other health issues caused by me being overweight. I looked at the doctors and asked if there was any other way other than medication to fix my health issues and was told no because the only other way was diet and nutrition and most people fail by going that route. I went straight from the doctors office to Haley’s office and basically asked her to help me prove the doctors wrong and she did. Haley was very helpful by setting achievable goals and helping me with better food options and meal planning. By simply following her advice I have lost 54lbs and im off all my medications in only 7 months. I can’t that Haley enough. She is very knowledgeable and helpful.
