30 Minute Thai Pizza with Peanut Sauce
Combining my two favorite foods was the best idea I’ve had in awhile. This 30 minute Thai pizza with peanut sauce and shrimp recipe is a favorite weeknight option at my house, sweet and spicy, just the way I like it!
Thai + Pizza, yes! The flavors are so delicious and fresh! With the Asian zing from the Thai peanut sauce sauce and the crispy pizza crust, it creates a match made in heaven. Pizza can be nourishing and full of fun ingredients that make it satisfying. Veggie toppings on pizza brings flavor, crunch and freshness!
As for crust, I really enjoy the thin crispy style of CauliPower pizza crust. I tested out Trader Joe’s Sprouted Whole Grain Pizza Crust as well which is great. Both are super easy to cook and great weeknight options to keep recipes under 30 minutes.
You can also make cauliflower pizza if you want to add in more vegetables. I’ll be honest, I am not that patient or motivated to make it homemade.
Thai Pizza with Peanut Sauce Nutrition Info:
Coconut Aminos- is a delicious sauce made from coconut sap. It is dark, rich, salty and slightly sweet in flavor. It resembles a light soy sauce, but it is soy free and gluten free – making it the perfect replacement for those avoiding soy and gluten.
Shrimp- Four ounces steamed contains over 100% of the Daily Value for selenium, over 75% for vitamin B12, over 50% for phosphorous, and over 30% for choline, copper, and iodine. Shrimp has tons of nutritional value and minerals that promote thyroid health!
Peanut Butter-Heart healthy fat source with all the flavor! Peanut sauce is my favorite dip for veggies.
Rice Vinegar -Rice vinegar adds a little bite! Typically, not as bitter as apple-cider vinegar.
