Refreshing Citrus Margarita Recipe (with Mocktail Option!)

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz fresh lime juice (about 1 large lime)
  • 2 oz fresh lemon juice (about 1 large lemon)
  • 2 oz fresh orange juice (about 1 medium orange)
  • 2 oz Tequila or Non-alcoholic Tequila (optional)
  • 1-2 oz 100% organic agave syrup (optional — adjust to taste)
  • Tajin for the rim if desired
  • Splash of soda or sparkling water if desired

Directions:

  1. In a shaker or pitcher, mix together the lime, lemon, orange juices, tequila and agave syrup (if using).

  2. For a classic margarita:
    Add equal parts tequila to the juice blend. (Example: 6 oz juice blend = 6 oz tequila.)

  3. For a lighter margarita:
    Use less tequila if you prefer a lower-alcohol option.

  4. For a mocktail version:
    Skip the tequila or use alcoholic and top with soda water or sparkling mineral water for a bubbly, refreshing treat.

  5. Serve over ice in a salted glass if you like, and garnish with a lime or orange slice!
