This is a great one because this smoothie has no added sugar, tons of fiber, protein, healthy fat, and fruits and veggies!

It’s a complete meal that will keep you going until lunch. It’s packed with antioxidants and taste delicious. It’s got it all!

Smoothie Nutrition Info:

Plain Greek Yogurt: great source of protein, probiotics, calcium and vitamin D!

Almond Butter: good source of healthy fats, protein and vitamins and minerals. Choose one without added sugar! It also is a source of vitamin E!

Spinach: Didn’t get all it’s superfood popularity for nothing! It’s a nutrient-rich vegetable! It contains high amounts of carotenoids, vitamin C, vitamin K, folic acid, iron and calcium.
